Small Ulta Haul!!

Hey everyone,

The other day I went to Ulta to buy a new concealer. You can never go in Ulta and buy just one thing lol. If I had the money, I could do some damage in that store. I’m lucky I got out with only 3 items.

I went in for the Makeup Revolution Conceal and Define concealer. I’ve been hearing some amazing reviews and wanted to check it out for myself. I have the worst dark circles and it’s my life’s mission to find an amazing concealer. Review on this soon.

I’m a little obsessed with the smell of roses. So when I heard that Philosophy came out with a rose scented perfume, I just had to buy it. This smells amazing. It’s called Pure Grace Nude Rose. They had another one called ballet rose that smelled even better. Next time I will be buying that one.

Ulta was having a really good clearance sale. I found this little Rimmel palette for only $1.47, regularly $6.99. I could have stayed all day just looking through all the clearance makeup lol

That’s my small haul. One day I will have a huge haul, just kidding, my husband would kill me lol

Small Drugstore Makeup Haul-1/26/18

Hey everyone,

I’m back!! I feel like I haven’t wrote in forever. Well, that’s going to change. 2018 is the year of Amanda!!!

To start off the year of Amanda, I decided to pick up some makeup while I was grocery shopping. I also had a coupon..lol

Let’s get started-

I wrote in my last post, how much I have these Maybelline Super Stay Matte Ink. So of course I had to pick up another one. This is in the shade Ruler.. because I rule lol

I have been searching for these eyeshadow palettes from Wet n Wild since they came out. I found them at Kroger.. so weird lol

I have heard these are really good. I can’t wait to put these to the test myself. The colors are gorgeous and are perfect for me. The palettes I bought are, not a perfect peach and rośe in the air.

That’s it..lol. I told you it was a small haul.

Makeup Haul!!

Hey everyone,

It’s been a hot minute since I bought any new makeup. I’ve been having withdrawals, especially seeing all the amazing new products that are now available. So here is my first small haul of the new year. I will be doing reviews on these products soon.

Wet n wild hello halo liquid highlighter- I was so excited when I finally found these at Rite Aide. I bought the 2 lightest shades in halographic & halo, goodbye.

Maybelline Super Stay Matte Ink in lover. I’ve heard so many good things about this liquid lipstick.

Maybelline total temptation mascara in very black- I wonder how this will stack up against my favorite Lash Paradise Mascara. Maybe I will have to do a comparison.

That’s my small haul. I can’t wait to play with this new makeup and do some reviews.

Dollar Tree E.L.F. Haul 11/16/17!!!

Hey everyone,

You guys will not believe what I’ve found at the Dollar Tree?!?! E.l.f. Cosmetics and not just the $1 or $2 items but the ones that retail for $4 on their website. There’s lipstick, lip lacquer, mascara, brushes and so much more.

Here’s what I picked up!!!

Aqua Beauty Molten liquid eyeshadow in Brushed Copper.

This is such a pretty shade. It’s perfect to just throw on for a simple look. This is still on the e.l.f. Website for $4.

Lip Lacquer in Burgundy and Matte Lip color in Rich red.

The lip lacquer is more like a lipgloss than a lacquer. It’s currently on their website for $2

Matte lip color in rich red is a gorgeous classic red lip color. This one is currently on their website for $3.

Lock On Liner and Brow Cream in Medium Brown.

E.l.f. Blush in Coy

The Lock On Liner and Brow Cream is the perfect shade for my brows but this was the only shade that they had in stock. They weren’t lying when they said Lock On, I can’t get the swatch off my arm. This is currently on their website for $4.

E.l.f. blush in coy is a really pretty shimmering shade that would be perfect for every day wear. This one is currently $2 on their website.

If I were to buy all of these on the E.l.f. Website I would have spent $15. I saved $10 thanks to Dollar Tree. I love that store.

I’m hoping to do a future post doing a full face of e.l.f. products. So look for that coming up soon.

Dollar Tree Haul!!!11/13/17

Hey everyone,

Most of my friends and family know that I’m addicted to the Dollar Tree. They have so many cool things and everything is only a dollar, I feel like a millionaire walking into the store.

I mostly buy items for crafts and makeup. Especially when they have ELF products. This haul is almost all Christmas decorations or items for Christmas crafts.

We will start with the none Christmas stuff.

Socks!!! The whole family got some new socks. 3 pack for $1 is amazing, especially if you lose socks like we do.

Batteries because everything takes batteries and we are always running out of them and one of my crafts used batteries.

E.l.f. Liner and brow cream in medium brown. I’m always on the lookout for amazing brow products. We shall see if this is amazing or crappy.This product is still on the e.l.f. website and retails for $4, so it’s a steal for $1.

Next is Christmas stuff!!!!

This year I’m going for rustic Christmas decor and I thought these cute signs would be perfect.

Cinnamon pinecones are going to be turned into Christmas ornaments.

These candy canes will also be turned into a rustic Christmas ornaments.

I’m obsessed with burlap. It goes so good with my farmhouse decor and is perfect for our Christmas decorations. The clear bulbs are for another Christmas craft.

The sled ornament was just to cute to pass up. I might need a coup!e more of them. The led lights will be for a diy and the burlap i use to make cross frames.
That’s my Dollar Tree haul. I will do a post on all my Christmas diys.

Fun and Affordable Makeup Haul!!

Hey everyone!!

So, as you probably know I had a birthday recently. Part of my birthday present from my husband was picking out some makeup from Dollar General. Dollar General has affordable makeup like Wet n Wild and L.A.Colors, which is what I picked up. I love affordable makeup!!

Let’s get down to business-

Let’s start with L.A. Colors-

1. Day to Night palette in Sunset. I have used this palette and it’s so pigmented for only $1.50
2. Grafix Eyeliner in Purple. I’m not a big fan of this eyeliner just from the swatch that I did but I still have to try it out on my eyes.
3. Matte lipstick in Entice. I love their matte lipsticks.
4. High Shine Shea Butter Gloss in Dynamite. This is so pigmented and gorgeous 

Wet n Wild-

1. Matte lipstick in Stoplight Red. I love red lipstick!!

Kylie sinful shine nail polish in Kreme De La Kreme. This nail polish is gorgeous.

Very Small Target Haul and Review

Hey everyone!!!

So, I was having a little anxiety and my husband knows that buying lipstick makes me feel better. I know, I’m weird but it really does calm me down. That’s why I have a million tubes of lipstick and lipgloss. Lol. So we stopped at target and I went in to find the perfect lipstick.

This is the lipstick I picked out, the packaging was calling my name. It’s the Katy Perry for Covergirl Matte Lipstick in Crimson Cat. It’s a gorgeous matte red. 

So gorgeous and it is so comfortable on your lips. It does transfer but not that bad and it stays on for a long time. I’m in love!!! I will be buying more of these adorable lipsticks.

And of course while I was there, I thought I would check out the Wet n Wild display and I’m so glad that I did…..

I have been wanting this blush for a long time and could never find it anywhere. It’s the Wet n Wild Color Icon Ombré Blush in a Purple Haze.

This is the perfect light purple that would be perfect for any skin tone. It has a slight sheen but it’s not glittery. I love the Wet n Wild blushes. They stay put and always look amazing.

Makeup Revolution Haul

Hey everyone!!

Yesterday, my daughter and I went shopping with a friend and had so much fun. I love outside malls.

Here is my daughter looking at the big fountain. Mattie had so much fun.

Of course, while we were out shopping I had to stop at Ulta and pick up some goodies. They are having a sale on Makeup Revolution, buy one get one 1/2 off. I’ve been hearing so many good reviews of this brand that I just had to try it out. Plus, I had a coupon for $3.50 off $15. I had to use it before it expired. These are the excuses I tell my husband..lol

So, let’s get started!!!

Focus & Fix eyebrow shaping kit in medium dark

The one thing that I have the biggest problem with are my eyebrows. They decided that they had enough of my face and packed up and left. I have to make do with the brows I have left and that’s not many. I will try anything that will help make them look full-ish because they are never gonna look full..lol

Vivid Baked Highlighter in Golden Lights

I’ve heard so many good things about this highlighter and it’s absolutely gorgeous. I did read last night that if you spray your setting spray on before you apply your highlighter, it will make your highlighter pop. Next time I do my makeup I’m going to try this out.

Ultra Blush Palette in Sugar and Spice
I don’t have many blushes and I’ve been eyeing this palette for awhile now. I think the colors will be perfect for my pale skin tone. I also like the mix of shimmer, matte and baked blushes. 

Last but not least-

Salvation Palette in Unicorns Unite

First of all, the name of the palette is so cute. This has a perfect mix of matte and shimmery shades that are perfect for Spring/Summer. I can’t wait to play with this gorgeous palette.

Wet n Wild Haul # 3

Hey everyone!!

Well, it looks like I have a small addiction to buying Wet n Wild cosmetics. I’m sure my husband is not happy with this addiction but it could worst, right?

Yesterday when I went to Rite Aide to pick up some more limited edition items, I got a coupon for 10% off. So, with the already 40% off of Wet n Wild, I just had to go back and use the coupon. 

So here’s what I got!!!!

I have been hearing how great the Coverall cream foundation is and I just have to try it for myself. I got the shade light. I also currently ran out of my Wet n Wild Fergie eyeshadow primer and I’m pretty sure the Photofocus eyeshadow primer is the same formula but just in a different package. At least I hope it’s the same, I love the Fergie primer.

I have also been hearing amazing things about this bronzer but every time I go to buy it, it’s sold out. So I was so happy that I found this little gem. I heard this makes a great highlighter. We shall see!!!
Last but certainly not least are these colorful liquid eyeliners. These are so perfect for spring and summer. The shades are Trim the lace, Violet revolution and A case of blue.
That’s all that I’m buying for a while, I think if I buy anymore my husband will divorce me..lol

I have enough Wet n Wild that I can do a couple different makeup looks. So look for those coming up soon.

Wet n Wild Haul Part 2

Hey everyone!!

As you all know, I recently picked up some of the limited edition Wet n Wild summer collection. I kinda decided I wanted the whole collection. Since Rite Aide has Wet n Wild 40% off, I thought why the heck not. I think I have everything from the collection, except the liquid eyeliners and the nail polish.

Yay!! I’m so excited to show you all the goodies.

I thought there was only five in the metallic liquid lipstick collection but there are actually six. These are peony express, chrysanthemums’s the word and my tulips are sealed. These have the cutest names.

These megaglo multi-sticks can be used on your eyes, lips, face and body. I love makeup products that can be used different ways. The shades are marigold round, light up my hibiscus and carnational anthem. I can’t wait to play with these.

I love a good highlighting power, so I hope these are good…lol. The shades are where the dreamers go, sun ceremony and desert exploration. 

I picked up one of these in my last haul. These colors are not what I would normally gravitate towards but I’m trying to step out of my comfort zone. Who knows, I might even like these shadows. The shade is to in-di-o a go go. 

One thing that I like about these collections is the names are so cute. I will be doing a makeup look using these new limited edition products. Please pray that I don’t end up looking a clown or a hooker from the 70’s..lol
