I’ve decided to take a break from motivational Monday until the new year. That doesn’t mean I’m not going to still try to eat and drink healthy. I’m just not going to stress out about it during the holidays.
The holidays have been very stressful this year, which makes me want to eat. I’m starting in incorporate healthier eating habits. So, when I do eat I grab some veggies and not a bag of chips.
Who knows, maybe by the beginning of the year, I will have Lot 10 pounds because I’m not stressing about losing weight.
