A lot of people have problems with gluten, I’m not one of them but I have a couple family members that deal with gluten issues. This recipe is perfect for anyone with a gluten intolerance. You can also make a low carb version of this recipe.
Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies-
2 cups peanut butter
2 cups raw cane sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes.
You can substitute Splenda for a low carb alternative. Some baking soda and powder contain gluten, so check the label to make sure it’s gluten free.
If you double the recipe, you will have a ton of cookies and may go into some sort of shock from all the sugar lol
