Blogmas Day 7- Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies!!!

Hey everyone,

A lot of people have problems with gluten, I’m not one of them but I have a couple family members that deal with gluten issues. This recipe is perfect for anyone with a gluten intolerance. You can also make a low carb version of this recipe.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies-

2 cups peanut butter

2 cups raw cane sugar

3 eggs

2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp baking powder

Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes.

You can substitute Splenda for a low carb alternative. Some baking soda and powder contain gluten, so check the label to make sure it’s gluten free.

If you double the recipe, you will have a ton of cookies and may go into some sort of shock from all the sugar lol

These are so easy to make and are very yummy 😋< strong>What’s your favorite cookie?< strong>Thanks for reading my post!! Don’t forget to like, comment and follow < strong>

  • 2 packs of Martha White sweet yellow cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can cream corn

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and mix all the ingredients together. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

I hope everyone tries this recipe and let’s me know how you liked it.
