Updated Review- Wet n Wild Primers and Setting Spray

Hey everyone!!

I hope everyone had a nice relaxing weekend. We had a great weekend, we took our daughter to look at the cows on my in-laws dairy farm. She thought they were all kitties. It was so cute and funny.

Well, not to long ago I did a review on the Wet n Wild face primer and setting spray. I don’t think I gave them a fair shot. So, I have been continuously using them, to see if I was wrong and these are actually good.

I’m happy to say, I was very wrong. These are actually really good.

Wet n Wild Coverall Primer- I think the reason I didn’t think this worked was because I didn’t put it far enough up on my forehead and when I started to sweat all my makeup came right off. Lately every time I use this , I make sure that I put it all over my face and not just on areas that I think my makeup disappears. This has helped tremendously and I have not had any problems with my makeup melting off my face. This is definitely a keeper and an affordable alternative to more expensive makeup primers.

Wet n Wild Photofocus Eyeshadow Primer- I have been a huge fan of the Wet n Wild Fergie eyeshadow primer and when I recently ran out, I was really hoping that this was the same formula and I’m happy to report that it is the sameor I should say, it feels like tha same. I never have any creasing and my eyeshadow stays put all day long. I don’t normally have greasy lids but my shadows do crease. Before the Wet n Wild Fergie eyeshadow primer, I always used Urban Decay eyeshadow primer and this is just as good and way cheaper. Yay!! I love finding good dupes for high end makeup. I will repurchase this until they stop making it, which I hope is never.

Wet n Wild Photofocus Setting Spray-This product I’m still on the fence about, not because I don’t think it does its job but because it makes my face feel very tight. I guess that could be good if I have saggy, wrinkled skin but it’s not quite there yet. I will continue using this until it’s gone and hopefully I will get used to the feeling but I won’t be repurchasing this product again.

Here is a before shot after I applied all my makeup.

Here is a shot after my makeup had been on for 11 hours.

My eyeshadow is not as vibrant but that’s to be expected.

What are your favorite primers?

Thanks for taking the time to read my post. I will be doing more reviews and a face of the day, coming up soon. So follow if you don’t want to miss any of these fun post.
