Today was my weigh in for Weight Watchers. I was a little nervous because yesterday I decided it was a good idea to eat a bag of M&M’s and not one of the small bags but a big bag. I knew if I lost weight this week it wouldn’t be a big number.
When I stepped on the scale and it said I lost a pound, I was so happy that my little M&M binge didn’t ruin my week of eating well.
I also decided that I need to set a weight loss goal. My first goal will be to lose 30 pounds by my birthday, which is July 2nd. There is no better present to myself than to be healthy for my family.

I have a long way to go but I know I will get to where I want to be.
