Weight Loss Wednesday 

Sooo, this week has been a roller coaster. I would do good for a day and then have a bad day. I’m an emotional eater, I like to eat with I’m depressed, happy, sad, angry, so I pretty much just eat all the time..lol   

In the end, the good days outweighed the bad and I lost 3 pounds this week, for a total of 6 pounds lost… Yay!!!

Now, to keep on track. I have the motivation and the determination…

  1. congrats! I just stated going to the gym and im pretty motivated to lose some weight. Im starting off slowly, only 30 minutes of light cardio and cutting the portions of my meals. Any advise?
